Our events kicked off in 2021 with a bang, our Innovation Partners Ninox helped us give an engaging and thought-provoking account of no code and the immense possibilities at hand.

We heard from;

  • Morris Huling, of Ninox

  • Nils Henning from the 2nd Digital Revolution Convention

  • Kave Bulambo Founder of Talent DiverseMy Career Path, Black in Tech Group and the Women in Data Group

  • Simone Browning a nurse from the NHS who is working on a life-saving no code solution!

Morris Huling

Morris, the dynamic head of strategic partnerships at German no code firm Ninox and self-proclaimed no code evangelist, truly believes that his platform forms part of the key towards a future with more creators, more builders and more people with access to solve problems with tech.

Ninox is a no code development platform for business applications. They help users build and launch solutions to match their business processes, all done without writing a single line of code. Morris then went on to explain how Ninox fit into the No Code Lab stack. Chatbots & AI platforms, integration engines, form builders are all available to build an MVP for the no code briefs.

Kave Bulambo

Kave is a one of kind panellist, and we were very happy to have her on our event. She is a tech revolutionist, and a very bright mind who works in the space of tech recruitment. She claims to have found no code vital when designing and building her platform, My Career Path. Her website was even built on WordPress by a nurse from Canada, with zero technical background skills, who then went on to transition into a web designer to show off her creativity.

Her other passion in life is Talent Diverse, a recruitment firm based out of Berlin that seeks out minority and underrepresented members of society and connects them with opportunities they wouldn’t have previously found. She was previously struggling to build this but then found no code, from failing to build it with code for nine months, she had a non-technical builder make it in days!

Nils Henning

Nils spoke next about his experience working with Ninox, he told us that his background is far from a technical one. He studied business, but the passion for technology was always one that shone through. After he fell into a consultancy role with Ninox, he found his place helping those who have a vision and a dream to build something great.

Nils then took us through an MVP for Talent Diverse, which he helped build using no code. The tools he used to complete his masterpiece included; Ninox of course, the data was sourced from their database. Webflow was used to build the webpage, which he did using a simple no code function.

Simone Browning

Last but by no means least, we featured Simone Browning. A healthcare professorial who works with the NHS, she had a vision to build a tech for good solution and set herself a target to build it using Ninox!

Her background in stroke care lead her to understand that there was a severe need for a solution that collects data to build a better care package for patients. Her team needed data to operate well, and the Ninox platform and the consultancy team at Ninox helped her build a no code solution to deliver this. Within three months, she had a working no code solution to help collect and display data for stroke patients in her care. Leaving nothing to chance, and no room for error her solution is actively helping her team save lives.

That’s a wrap, thank you for all our panellists for their time and for sharing their expertise with us. If you want to share your story, get in touch to arrange either a collaboration piece, or your very own event hosted by us!
